I really don't know what would be the proper standard place for this
(or if there exists such a definition in the first place). Personally,
I always create a dedicated subfolder below my default Temp dir (which
is NEVER on my system partition but on my data partition) but I guess
that's mostly a matter of taste. That's why I proposed the custom page.

Yes, there should be. All in all there are three places in the Inno
script that create a reference to cvsnt.cpl: One each in the [Icons],
[Registry] and [INI] sections. In the script that is in the CVSNT
repository, only the one in the [Icons] section is dependent on the
"Server" component.

Mostly just the captions and IIRC the URL to the March Hare site.

I'd say, just download the script and diff it against yours:
