Not much. Just enough to level the difference in overhead between Inno
4 and Inno 5 installers really. But I didn't see why I shouldn't crank
it to the max. What do you gain by leaving it at a lower level? I know
there used to be a bug in older Inno versions that caused problems when
you used ultra compression but IIRC that was fixed even before 4.2.7,
or wasn't it?
