It's CreateProcess with either SW_HIDE, SW_SHOWNORMAL, SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE or
SW_SHOWMINNOACTIVE. The code is in cvsgui_process.cpp in the
cvs_process_run() function.

If you can see anything we can change to "help" CVSNT with crashing I will
be glad to apply the changes ;)
