Yes it is, but I have not had time to document it.
Two things need to be done:

1. Ini file setting to activate the postcommand sending
2. Put a CVSMailer command into postcommand

I am in Japan just now so I cannot tell you the exact format of the
postcommand entry. I will be back home tomorrow night and then I can
tell you.
