SSPI is still good to use over the Internet.  pserver is for 
cross-platform use -- it works with all CVS clients.  If you're using a 
CVSNT client (e.g. CVSNT, TortoiseCVS, WinCVS, others too I think) then 
you can use SSPI and it's much more secure than pserver.

Open port 2401 (or another of your choosing) on your firwall / router to 
point to your CVSNT server.  Make sure your CVSNT server is listening, 
and you should be set.
