Please re-read the instructions! Especially the part about the test configuration (which is used to check that CVSMailer works properly without sending the email out). It is controlled by the ini file flag: [setup] TestMode =1 Most likely this is your setting and this makes CVSMailer compose the message and then save it to a test file instead of sending it out. I hve configured the CVSMailer as per the steps, n when i commit something using TortoiseCVS, it gives me the message: CVSMailer processing CVSMailer processing consolidated messages but when the checks his mail, he dont get any mail.
