Hi, I have got a problem connecting to a remote repository. My CVSNT server is on XP PC.and client is win2000 PC. I can work on the server and do all CVS funtionalities like import,c/o, update commit in local mode. But when i try to connect/Login to my server via a client it gives me error. I am using pserver protocol. The command which get executed while login is===> cvs -z9 -d :pserver;username=sachin;hostname=rajesh:/cvsrepo login Logging in to :pserver:sachin at rajesh:2401:/cvsrepo The error report that i get is===> cvs [login aborted]: connect to rajesh:2401 failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
