The server is not windows, I could possibly install the cvsnt linux server if there is an rpm available. The admin of the cvs server does not like installing anything unless it comes from an rpm. Does the cvsmailer run on the linux version of cvsnt? I don't know about this program, but if you install CVSNT instead you may use my CVSMailer program in order to notify the admin (and possibly also your project team) of project changes in cvs. This is of course if you have your server on Windows...
