Hi,all I have install cvsnt 2.5.03 successfully and put my repository in "/usr/local/cvsrep" on the server (linux) side.When I tried to access the repository by wincvs, it always complains me "no such repository". ------------------------ Filtering 'C:\TIP.old\etc\'... cvs -d :ssh:beffery at 192.168.254.134:/usr/local/cvsrep import -I ! -I CVS -W "*.log -k 'b'" -W "*.conf -k 'b'" -m "no message" -n -- etc (in directory C:\TIP.old\etc\) cvs [import aborted]: cvs [server aborted]: /usr/local/cvsrep: no such repository ***** CVS exited normally with code 1 ***** --------------------------- But this directory do exist : -------------------------- beffery at debian:/usr/local$ ls -la total 44 drwxrwsr-x 11 root staff 4096 2006-04-06 08:21 ./ drwxr-xr-x 12 root root 4096 2005-11-24 16:45 ../ drwxrwsr-x 2 root staff 4096 2006-04-10 16:04 bin/ drwxrwsr-x 3 root src 4096 2006-04-10 16:04 cvsrep/ ----------------------------- and initialized: --------------------- beffery at debian:/usr/local$ ls -lR ... ./cvsrep: total 4 drwxrwsr-x 4 root src 4096 2006-04-10 16:04 CVSROOT/ ... --------------------- And user beffery belongs to the src group: beffery at debian:/usr/local$ cat /etc/group|grep src src:x:40:beffery I was really confused.
