Hello.. I am running cvsnt in windows 2003 server , and i configured the cvs notify , But when i commit cvs , cvs notify is generating some garbage value and it is displaying like ---- not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1, column 2, byte this program cannot be run in DOS mode.
