[cvsnt] update problem branch

You are running a way old and not stable CVSNT! Please update to the
most recent stable and then repeat your sequence. Probably fixed.

At one time a long time ago (maybe around build 1990) I also saw this
strange behaviour where the sandbox simply would not update to the
latest revision even though there were no sticky tags present. Later
on in the development cycle this problem disappeared...

Try with a more recent CVSNT build.
