[cvsnt] Spaces in File and Folder names.

We experience problems with 3rd party diff tool invoked from
TortoiseCVS. 
Other then that the spaces seems to work fine.

(Personally I do not recommend to use white or any non English character
in file or path names, but I am probably tooo conservative)
