Hi Tony,
thanks for your reply

I'm using CVSNT client server on a single XP Home Ed. laptop
Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.02 (Servalan) Build 2115
You're right about the dates, I didn't report them correctly... I was
using 2000-01-01 etc.

I looked at the 2 messages:
>cvs server: no revision for date 98.04.03.22.00.00 in file Azz.java
>cvs diff: no revision for date 2000.01.01.00.00.00 in file Makefile.am

and at the ,v file for Azz.java
which contained e.g.
1.3
date	2001.06.07.13.10.20;	author cvsuser;	state Exp;
1.2
date	1998.07.10.15.13.28;	author cvsuser;	state Exp;

Then I changed the 1.2 entry
1.2
date	98.07.10.15.13.28;	author cvsuser;	state Exp;

From initial tests everything seems to work fine now.

Cheers,
Michael
