I fully agree with this sentiment generally. However, the cvsagent is a
different matter IMO because it does never pop up out of context. It is
always upon explicit user request and you will always fully expect it
when it happens. It's a password entry dialog for SNEOYC's sake!
Furthermore, as the window does not have a Taskbar button (why is that
BTW?), opening it behind other windows means there's no indication it's
there at all. You just have to know and have to go look for it.
