Your only possibility here is to enable the Auditing function in CVSNT.
Then the tag information can be stored in a database so that you can
extract the data you need afterwards.
Tag data are stored in the RCS files but without timestamp and username,
so you have to use something like auditing to get this information.

Hi ,
I want to see tag history means tag author,tag date and
time.etc.. For that i guess, i have to create empty history file in
CVSROOT directory
then i am running CVS history command.But running CVS history
command ,it is showing me history logging is not enabled....
Plz Help me asap. I am new to use CVS...
