Hello,

As suggested from the devguy website

http://www.devguy.com/fp/cfgmgmt/cvs/

I am sending a report to see what the problem could be.

*Make sure that the file is unmodified. Run "cvs status" on the file (or
"Query\Status" from the WinCvs menu) and make sure that cvs tells you thatthe file is "Up-to-date".

===================================================================
File: README.txt           Status: Up-to-date

   Working revision:    1.1.1.1

*Run the WinCvs Tcl macro "selection sample" on an unmodified file, that
 shows up red, and send the output from that macro with your bug report. Iam particularly interested in the lines that compare the file modification
 time recorded in the CVS/Entries file to the file modification time of the
 actual file, as reported by Windows.

***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****
