[cvsnt] Strange behaviour of cvs status on a VMWare server...

You mentioned that you created this image from a Ghost image, have y0ou 
done this before? Also have you tried just creating a fresh VMWare image & 
installing CVSNT server on it?

I ran CVSNT server on a Windows XP SP1 then upgraded to SP2 fine for about a 
year without problems. I even tried both VMWare & Virtual PC.

Download the latest CVSNT, TortosieCVS, WinCVS etc. for Windows 8 etc.
