Nothing to fix.  It works fine.  Continue installing as normal.

You are creating issues by trying to install into C:\Programs - that's 
very likely to screw things up if it's where your C:\Program Files is, 
because CVSNT has its own private directory structure that is *not* 
compatible with installing in such a location.  C:\Programs\CVSNT will work.

MSI doesn't touch auditing at all, or any of the server settings.

Sounds like your machine has issues.  Clean off any old copies of cvsnt 
and any other app that might be conflicting and try again.
