It's schema.vsd in the root of the HEAD branch of cvsnt (in the 2.6.x 
tarballs as well).

I need to go over it and add a couple of changes that I made recently 
(tag identifier change IIRC).  The sql file (schema_sqlite.sql) is up to 
date.
