Defect Tracking integration with tools like ClearQuest is possible with CVSNT since CVSNT supports changesets. However you'll have to write your own integration on the server. The easiest way is with a "custom trigger" )which is what we've done to integrate Bugzilla) but you may also be able to use the standard triggers. We can modify our Bugzilla trigger to work with ClearQuest (or any other defect tracking system) - however you need a commercial CVSNT (CVS Suite) license. Contact sales if you are interested.
