Install the latest CVSNT on the server and on the client and use "cvs
passwd".

		The way the client would do this depends on the protocol
(eg: pserver,
		sspi, ssh), the CVSROOT/config file SystemAuth setting
and the version
		of cvs/cvsnt server.
