Community technical support mailing list was retired 2010 and replaced with a professional technical support team. For assistance please contact: Pre-sales Technical support via email to sales@march-hare.com.

In answer to Flávio's question, no, none of the directories which are listed
in the Entries.Log file are empty, in fact one theory is that the directory
tree is too deep, causing a problem. The checkout actually populates all
directories and all files. A full update will show no updates, but will fix
the entries files.

I will try to run the traces. If a crash dump is produced, where could we
find that information on the server. Our server is running on Linux (our
workstations are on Windows XP Pro).
