It's a *very* rare occurrence - in that we have only had the one report 
of it not working... It seems people just don't use apostrophes.  cvsnt 
is in code freeze, which means no new features beyond what is absolutely 
necessary.   High time to fix + low impact means that it's way down on 
the list of priorities, and there's a lot more important stuff to be 
working on.

If someone else wants to have a look at it then we always accept patches 
but as it stands there simply isn't the time to work on it.
