Hello, I have installed CVSNT 2.5.03 on Windows 2003 Server. Now I am trying to create cvs users. When I typed cvs passwd -r cvsadmin -a user1, I got this error saying 'cvs is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file'. Please help me out.
