[cvsnt] Upgrading from standard CVS?

Hi,

I think the process is quite standard
1. backup your configuration & repository
2. uninstall old version
3. install new version
4. update configuration of the new version (e.g. turn on lockserver)
5. test the new installation

The users can keep old sandboxes if you don't change protocol and
repository location.
