Hi Xavier,

Run a server trace to see which file is causing the problem, then take a 
peek in the RCS file.  What is the situation?

I have seen a situation where a server (not sure of the version that 
caused it) put in "kopt: ?" on dead revisions, which caused CVSNT to 
come back with that error.
