I haven't checked lately but those pages *should* state that the cvsnt newsgroup is the place to report bugs - actual patches are better sent to the lower volume cvsnt-dev newsgroup since the developers pay more attention to cvsnt-dev and can provide specific guidance on technical problems with specific patches.
