    Hi,

We would like to setup keyword expansion based on local settings, so
that a certain extension used by certain users is treated as binary
while it is text for others (one of these extensions is rdf, used as
Oracle Report Binary Source as well as the famous Resource Description
Framework XML flavour)

We have succeeded in using local .cvswrappers with CVS on Linux, but
we can't find the equivalent with CVSNT. We have placed a cvswrappers
file (both with and without the dot prefix) in several places, including
the one the HOME environment variable points to. We also have tried
defining the CVSWRAPPERS variable, but no results either.

We found that the .cvspass is replaced by a registry entry, so maybe
cvswrappers rules should be placed there, but no idea of the syntax...

Can someone point us to some information to get automatic keyword
expansion based on file extension under Windows's command line cvs ?

    Best regards,

       Vincent
