> What can I do else?

Please put the server to unicode mode and delete the existng fileattr.xml then try agiain:

  cd G:\temp\tmp2\new temp\文档\
  c:\program files\cvsnt\cvs.exe add -kb GTD81B_配置管理计划.doc
  c:\program files\cvsnt\cvs.exe ci -m "new file" GTD81B_配置管理计划.doc

If it fails, on the server use the 'cvsnt control panel' on the 'advanced' tab enable 'clients are allowed to trace server' and then re-run:

  c:\program files\cvsnt\cvs.exe -ttt ci -m "new file" GTD81B_配置管理计划.doc > log.txt 2> log2.txt

Send me (not the mailing list) the log.txt and log2.txt
