[Cvsnt] cvs edit is very slow

Thanks for your reply. But I tried the command-lines as well, they were slow
too. I read about the performance problems with older WinCVS versions, but
on my system other WinCVS operations like diff and graphs perform well,
that's what puzzled me...

The edit operation in WinCVS 1.2 does perform well on the same repository.
That's why I concluded the problem must be in the cvs.exe file from cvsnt.
