[cvsnt] problem: adding cvs users

Maybe this could go into the FAQ, I ran into it, and it wasn't obvious.

The communications protocols live in separate DLL's that are loaded 
at run time.  If the protocol dll is not in the current directory, then 
cvs.exe thinks that the protocol is unsupported in this version.

Copy the protocol dll's as well as the executable into a directory in your 
path.  (or add the cvsnt directory to your path)
