That code hasn't changed at all between 2.0.58a and 2.0.58b.

It's pretty much always caused by Norton on the server scanning the 
files and locking them.  You need to make sure Norton is not affecting 
the repository, or you'll get this kind of thing randomly on pretty much 
any version of CVS (and a lot of other programs too).
