Hi,

I just found that the :sserver: protocol wasn't working, Win2K with
cvsnt 2.5.01 Build 2013, due to the fact that the cvsnt-default.pem did
not exist.

I was trying out using

cvs -d :sserver:mwake at localhost:/Test login
SSL connection failed (-1): error:140770FC:SSL
routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocolcvs.exe [login aborted]:
Connection to server failed

I got the following messages in the Control Panel->Administrative
tools->Event Viewer->Application Log. I'm not sure if these are from
the server or the client.

SSL connection failed (-1): error:140770FC:SSL
routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

Couldn't read certificate (0): error:02001002:system library:fopen:No
such file or directory

SSL connection failed (-1): error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

To resolve the problem I did the following.

cmd
cd C:\Program Files\cvsnt
genkey cvsnt-default.pem

Cheers
Mikew.
