Rename will move files between directories, but its current
implementation has a flaw that both files must be in the current checked
out tree, and you must commit both directories separately for the rename
to complete.

2.6 has none of these issues, since the rename/move is recorded in a
single step within the database.

Current plan is to completely finish 2.5 within the next few weeks,
handover maintenence of it to Arthur/Glen (basically bug fixes.. no new
features will go in after the handover), and go 100% on 2.6 to get it
working properly for release as soon as possible.
