I am trying to do an Simulate Update on the source code to see what
files have been changed without bringing them into my working copy. I
had recently created a Template that has been put in rcsinfo and now
when I try to do a Simulate Update I get the following error:

cvs.exe [update aborted]: cannot write <CVS/Template file>: No such file
or directory

Error, CVS operation failed

Any Idea why I am getting this and how to get around it?
